the crate is for my mothers dog who likes to potty in the family room at night. they are just the right size for a puppy or my smaller dog. the door latch is just a single turn and easy to open and close. i would definitely recommend this crate. from all the dog toys, dog food, and dog necessities, they are my “go to” for my precious pup. i love my pup beyond anything and as far as i am concerned, chewy is the best in the usa!!

this is actually the second time i got this crate. i sent an inquiry and they answred in an hour with a refund and told me to donate the cage if it didn’t work out. love this crate with the fact that it’s pink and i ordered a size small for my rat terrier puppy. not totally satisfied with the bottom of crate the locking hooks are very loose and continue to fall to side of crate which may cause a trip and fall or stomped toe and scratched floor. i was a little hesitant after reading reviews mentioning issues with this kennel, but the sale price encouraged my trying it. the double locks for the door are very strong and i can’t imagine any dog getting it open. i have not used it but i have put it together which was easy and it’s easy to fold back up. good quality easy to open and close,,, i haven’t used the crate since i don’t get my puppy until close to the end of march but i believe she will be happy with her new night time bed.
