we enrolled our 5-month-old pup sammy in the puppy tales program and i can’t express how happy i am with our decision! he is happy going to daycare, and ready for a nap when i pick him up. it is such a gift to have a place like best friends to care for our lotus! i was able to see a little of their outdoor play session via their webcam and when the day was over he seemed so happy and was doted on by all the staff i met. i look forward to bringing my puppy back in a few days and being a part of the best friends fur ever family. we will definitely be back to take advantage of the daycare when she is older and we feel 100% comfortable leaving her again for boarding!! the staff is always friendly and i can use the cams to check on my dogs during the day. we know our two girls love all the play time they get at bffe, and has been great for socialization. thanks to all the staff for making our dogs stay wonderful, and for keeping me up to date! moving her from massachusetts, we needed comparable place to what we left and this has been stellar???? they are great with caring for and entertaining the dogs. the staff is always so welcoming and professional and seem to truly care about each and every dog. she looks so happy on the photos and gets to play a lot! best friends fur ever was able to handle our two dogs—one a shitztu and the other a boxer mix. the staff is very friendly and attentive to all the dogs. i wish the webcam and facebook pics were more reliable so that we could get a glimpse of our pup when he’s there for extended visits (boarding). also we have never had any problems getting her in there when we need to and the late pick up times are convenient. we have tried another kennel in the area and was very disappointed at how they treated both of our doggies. when i take my fur babies for boarding or day care the only problem i have is the dogs dragging me off my feet to get in there and catch up with their furry pals. he is happy going to daycare, and ready for a nap when i pick him up.
we left our pup for the first time and i can tell they did a great job caring for her! she knows when we are getting close in the car and i can barely control her when we get there. we took our pup to training and were very happy with the outcome. i very very happy with the service and care my dog received years ago. thank you so much to the front desk staff, handlers, and staff for taking such good care of dozer! i recently started taking my dog to daycare at joppa and again, the staff is just awesome and are wonderful with all the dogs. i called so many times while my dog was with them and they always went out of their way to give me detailed information from the trainers who had been working with him that day. i was so happy to hear that, he seemed to have a great connection with the dogs there. i have come here for boarding and grooming for both my dogs in the past. every time we bring her in, the staff is so welcoming by remembering her name and they are always excited to see her. my german shepherd kimber loves going to doggie daycare twice a week and i love the fact that she is so pooped when we get home! the staff members are all so friendly and the facility is very clean. we brought our dog indie for the first time today and she loved it! every time i called with a question the front desk staff were very friendly and informative. they have a new manager who has taken my concerns and done research to improve many aspects of the daycare for the dogs. i was visiting the area for my wedding and had been recommended to best friends furever and i am forever thankful. when we pull in he can’t wait to get out of the car. they are friendly, very thorough and you can tell the truly love the dogs. we are very pleased with the attention and the interaction with the staff. whether you have a new puppy or a mature dog, our new best friends fur ever training programs enrich the life of your dog and your relationship with them.
