every farmina food is made with the best ingredients with the correct amounts of protein, fats, limited carbohydrates and advanced long life vitamins and minerals. this wild boar formula contains a minimum of 42% wild boar content. farmina prime is the best, i do like the blueberry best but they were out of it. fabulous fresh kibble sized just right, smells good, my two gsds eagerly eat more kibble than ever before. farmina has made a difference, they love it and i believe there’s no better food out there. this is the real deal. i picked this food because it had the cleanest ingredients. our dog seems to like it the best of any food he has tried so far and usually prefers this wild boar formula over the chicken and pomegranate one. it is rare to find boar kibble which my dogs love. only drawback is that the kibble is quite large, so i would recommend it for large to extra large dogs.
i give my cats the cat formula of this and they devour it. i got a puppy and it’s time to switch him over to adult food after speaking with vet. won’t even go near the bag. one thing i noticed is the kibble is quite large. he’s a medium to large dog but thinking of trying the small breed, maybe the kibble is smaller and i would adjust his serving. i’m so impressed with the ingredients in this food. i mix in farmina canned food with the dry and rotate different proteins of dry & wet. the bags supposedly are recloseable with velcro type ‘press close’ lock-in feature. no gripping, no fastening, no closing the bags except by rolling them down, tightly, and holding it in place with duct tape. please have the company fix this issue, thank you.

its great for his sensitive stomach and gets quite excited when its time to eat have been feeding my dog this food since i adopted him 2 years ago and have never had an issue with him finishing the food or causing digestive issues. this has to be the best kibble i have ever come across for a heat processed food. the only thing that would make this food better would be if it were processed without the heat. my dog has a heart condition and the vet said no food with peas/lentils. he recommended three options and i chose the farmina n&d prime line. love this brand. gsp had skin issue, tried many brands and supplements both topical on food and shampoo for dry skin. all flavors also work well no problems switching between low grain and grain free.
