the apron is 18″ wide and 7″ long. the pockets expand for easy access into them. all seams are double stitched for strength. the belt is adjustable from 32″ to 46″ with a quick side-release buckle. i bought this training apron for tracking. i’m thin, but the strap was able to be small enough without feeling bulky.
